DESCRIPTION Bridie Monds-Watson (aka Soak) is a teenage singer-songwriter from Derry, Northern Ireland. The young performer has been writing and playing for the past several years, effectively documenting the woes and sorrows of adjusting to adulthood. In Before We Forgot to Dream, her debut album, Monds-Watson’s vocal style fuses her feminine elegance with an anxious alienation that transcends the issues of a mere teenager.
